Items are shipped through Australia Post with a flat rate of $15 for up to 5kg. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch. If your order exceeds 5kg expect extra postage costs.

Local pick up is available at an arranged time.

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts to package your goodies securely, that things get damaged.

Arnhem Scent does not accept returns on any product unless damaged in transit or faulty. Please contact us through our Email with photographs of product damage if required.
